2. 市場營銷及推廣權利
閣下明確同意 SharEat 有權將閣下之個人資料用於以下市場推廣用途：
- 直接促銷： 透過電子郵件、短訊、即時通訊工具或社交媒體平台發送有關 SharEat 或其合作夥伴的活動邀請、最新消息及優惠。
- 個人化推送： 根據閣下的行為偏好進行大數據分析，以提供量身定制的廣告內容及產品推薦。
- 未來活動分析： 作為未來營銷活動的受眾分析基礎，以制定更精準的推廣策略。
3. 資料保護與第三方披露

4. 資料保留政策

By participating in this event and submitting your personal data, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms:

- Event Operations: Application screening, precision matching, group arrangements, and event-related communications.
- Platform Optimization: Conducting data analysis to improve SharEat’s service quality and user experience.
2. Marketing and Promotional Rights
You explicitly agree that SharEat has the right to use your personal data for the following marketing purposes:
- Direct Marketing: Sending event invitations, latest news, and promotional offers related to SharEat or its partners via email, SMS, instant messaging tools, or social media platforms.
- Personalized Push Notifications: Performing big data analysis based on your behavioral preferences to provide tailored advertising content and product recommendations.
- Future Campaign Analysis: Utilizing your data as a foundation for audience analysis in future marketing campaigns to develop more precise promotional strategies.
