Micro Capital Limited（以下簡稱「SharEat 團隊」）致力於保護兒童安全，並對任何形式的兒童性剝削與性虐待（Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation，簡稱 CSAE）採取零容忍政策。

1. 禁止兒童性剝削與性虐待（CSAE）

SharEat App 嚴格禁止任何涉及兒童性剝削與性虐待的內容、行為或活動，包括但不限於：

涉及未成年人的任何性內容

對未成年人進行誘導（Grooming）或試圖建立不當關係

涉及兒童的性暗示圖片、影片或文字內容

對未成年人進行招攬、剝削或任何形式的虐待行為

建立、分享、請求或散布任何兒童性虐待內容（CSAM）

任何違反上述規範的行為，SharEat 團隊將採取即時且嚴格的處置措施。

2. 使用者報告與 App 內檢舉機制

SharEat App 提供 App 內建的報告與檢舉機制，使用者可在貼文內容旁邊的當眼位置，清晰且明確地找到檢舉報告功能，隨時舉報任何涉及兒童安全疑慮的內容或行為。所有相關檢舉將由 SharEat 團隊進行審查，並於合理時間內迅速且果斷地採取適當行動。

3. CSAM 處理流程

若發現或接獲疑似涉及兒童性虐待內容（CSAM）的檢舉，SharEat 團隊將：

立即移除相關內容

停用或終止違規使用者帳戶

依照適用法律及法規要求，通報相關執法或主管機關

4. 法規遵循

SharEat 團隊遵循所有適用的兒童保護、線上安全及相關法律與法規，並持續改善平台的安全防護機制。

SharEat Child Safety Standards Policy

Micro Capital Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “SharEat Team”) is committed to protecting child safety and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

SharEat App strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity related to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:

Any sexual content involving minors

Grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors

Sexually suggestive images, videos, or text involving children

Solicitation, exploitation, or any form of abuse of minors

Creating, sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any violation of these standards will result in immediate and strict enforcement actions by the SharEat Team.

2. User Reporting and In-App Reporting Mechanism

SharEat App provides a built-in in-app reporting mechanism. Users can clearly and easily find the reporting function next to posts or content within the app to report any content or behavior that raises child safety concerns.

All reports are reviewed by the SharEat Team, and appropriate actions will be taken promptly within a reasonable timeframe.

3. CSAM Handling Procedure

If suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is identified or reported, the SharEat Team will:

Immediately remove the related content

Suspend or terminate the offending user account

Report the incident to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations

4. Legal Compliance

The SharEat Team complies with all applicable child protection, online safety, and related laws and regulations, and continuously improves platform safety measures to protect children.
