SharEat App Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is organized and sponsored by SharEat / SnapEat Canada. Individual merchant partners may provide or support the prize, but the giveaway is operated through the SharEat app unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all registered SharEat app users who meet the campaign requirements during the campaign period.

Users must have a valid SharEat account to participate. 

3. How to Enter

Users can enter the giveaway by completing the required action stated on the giveaway campaign page inside the SharEat app. Examples may include joining the campaign, redeeming an in-app offer, submitting an entry, completing a mission, or following the campaign instructions shown in the app. Unless otherwise stated, each user may enter once per giveaway campaign.

No purchase is required to enter.

4. Campaign Period

Each giveaway campaign will have its own start date and end date, which will be shown on the campaign page inside the SharEat app. Entries submitted after the campaign deadline will not be included in the lucky draw.

5. Prize

The prize will be shown clearly on each giveaway campaign page. Prizes are related to merchant offers and may include, for example, a free coffee, free drink, food item, voucher, discount offer, gift card, or other merchant-provided reward. The prize has no cash value unless otherwise stated. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random lucky draw from all eligible entries received during the campaign period. The number of winners will be stated on the giveaway campaign page.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Selected winners will be notified through the SharEat app in-app direct message, or other contact method linked to their SharEat account. Winners may be required to respond within a stated period to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within the required time, is unreachable, or is found to be ineligible, SharEat reserves the right to select another winner by random draw.

8. Prize Redemption

Prize redemption details, including merchant location, redemption period, redemption method, and any restrictions, will be provided to the winner.

Prizes must be redeemed according to the instructions provided in the app or by the participating merchant.

SharEat is not responsible for lost, expired, unused, or unclaimed prizes after the redemption period ends.

9. General Conditions

SharEat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or replace any giveaway campaign if fraud, technical issues, merchant availability, or other circumstances affect the fairness or operation of the campaign. SharEat may disqualify any user who attempts to manipulate the giveaway, create duplicate accounts, submit false information, or violate the app’s terms of use.

10. Apple Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc.

Apple is not involved in the giveaway in any manner, including entry collection, winner selection, prize fulfillment, or campaign administration.

By participating, users understand and agree that Apple has no responsibility or liability for this giveaway.
