1. 聚會指引之目的
SharEat 為一個提供用戶探索、建立及參與以飲食為主題社交聚會之科技平台。本聚會指引用以規範用戶在透過 SharEat 平台所組織、宣傳或參與之任何聚會相關的行為及責任。本指引適用於所有參與 SharEat 相關線上或線下聚會之用戶。
2. 聚會性質
2.1 用戶自行組織之活動
SharEat 上的所有聚會均由用戶自行組織及管理。SharEat 及 Snapeats Limited Company 並不組織、主辦、監督或控制任何聚會，亦不提供食品、場地、交通或保安服務，並不對任何參與者之行為或疏忽承擔責任。
2.2 無代理關係
聚會主辦者及參與者均非 Snapeats Limited Company 之僱員、代理人、合夥人或代表。
3. 聚會中的行為準則
參與聚會之用戶須以尊重及負責任的態度對待他人，不得作出任何形式的騷擾、歧視、恐嚇或辱罵行為，並須尊重他人的個人界線、文化差異及飲食偏好，同時遵守所有適用法律及場地規則。任何危害他人安全、尊嚴或身心健康之行為均被嚴格禁止。
4. 安全與個人責任
4.1 自願參與
參與任何聚會均屬完全自願。用戶確認並理解，聚會可能涉及固有風險，包括但不限於人身傷害或意外、財物遺失或損壞、食物相關疾病或過敏反應，以及其他參與者或第三方之不當行為。
4.2 風險自負
用戶於出席聚會時，即表示其已知悉並自願承擔所有相關風險。於法律允許之最大範圍內，SharEat 及 Snapeats Limited Company 對任何因聚會而引致之傷害、損失或損害概不承擔責任。
5. 飲食與健康免責聲明
SharEat 及 Snapeats Limited Company 不製作、供應、檢查或監管任何於聚會中提供或分享之食品，亦不就食品之安全、品質、衛生或適合性作出任何保證。參與者須自行評估食品風險、主動披露過敏或飲食限制，並自行決定是否進食任何食品。
6. 私隱、攝影及錄音
參與者須尊重他人私隱。未經他人事先同意，不得進行拍攝、錄影或錄音。於聚會中分享之個人資料，不得在未經授權下被收集、使用或披露。任何因侵犯私隱或肖像權而引致之法律責任，概由相關個人自行承擔。
7. 舉報事宜
7.1 舉報權利
如用戶於聚會中遭遇或目睹任何不安全、不當或違法行為，可透過 SharEat 應用程式內之舉報功能或指定支援渠道作出舉報。
7.2 審查程序
Snapeats Limited Company 可按其酌情權審查相關舉報，並採取其認為適當之行動，包括限制或終止帳戶使用權，惟不保證任何特定處理結果。
8. 主辦者責任
建立或主持聚會之用戶須對聚會內容提供真實及準確的資訊，向參與者清楚說明相關要求或風險，並在合理範圍內促進尊重及有秩序的聚會環境。SharEat 並不監督或執行主辦者之表現。
9. 執行及帳戶限制
SharEat 保留權利，在符合法律允許之範圍內，就違反本聚會指引或對平台安全、法律或聲譽構成風險之用戶，限制、暫停或永久終止其帳戶，且可毋須事前通知。
10. 責任限制及賠償
於法律允許之最大範圍內，SharEat 及 Snapeats Limited Company 對任何因聚會而產生之直接、間接、附帶或後果性損害概不承擔責任。用戶同意就其行為或參與聚會所引致之任何索償、損失、損害或費用，對 Snapeats Limited Company 作出賠償並使其免受損害。

1. Purpose of the Gathering Guidelines
SharEat provides a technology platform that enables users to discover, create, and participate in food-related social gatherings. These Gathering Guidelines govern user conduct and responsibilities in connection with any gathering organized, promoted, or attended through the SharEat platform. These Guidelines apply to all users participating in any online or offline gathering associated with SharEat.
2. Nature of Gatherings
2.1 User-Organized Activities
All gatherings on SharEat are organized and managed solely by users. SharEat and Snapeats Limited Company do not organize, host, supervise, or control gatherings; do not provide food, venues, transportation, or security; and are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any participant.
2.2 No Agency Relationship
Gathering organizers and participants are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Snapeats Limited Company.
3. Expected Conduct at Gatherings
Users participating in gatherings must act respectfully and responsibly toward others; refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior; respect personal boundaries, cultural differences, and dietary preferences; and comply with all applicable laws and venue rules. Any behavior that threatens the safety, dignity, or well-being of others is strictly prohibited.
4. Safety and Personal Responsibility
4.1 Voluntary Participation
Participation in any gathering is entirely voluntary. Users acknowledge that gatherings may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury or accidents, property loss or damage, food-related illness or allergic reactions, and misconduct by other participants or third parties.
4.2 Assumption of Risk
By attending a gathering, users knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. SharEat and Snapeats Limited Company disclaim all responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages arising from gatherings, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Food and Health Disclaimer
SharEat and Snapeats Limited Company do not prepare, supply, inspect, or regulate food served or shared at gatherings and do not guarantee food safety, quality, hygiene, or suitability. Participants are solely responsible for assessing food risks, disclosing allergies or dietary restrictions, and determining whether to consume any food provided.
6. Privacy, Photography, and Recording
Participants must respect the privacy of others at gatherings. Photography, video recording, or audio recording of others requires prior consent. Personal information shared during gatherings must not be collected, used, or disclosed without authorization. Any legal consequences arising from violations of privacy or publicity rights are the sole responsibility of the individual involved.
7. Reporting Concerns
7.1 Right to Report
Users who experience or witness unsafe, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior at a gathering may report the issue through SharEat’s in-app reporting tools or designated support channels.
7.2 Review Process
Snapeats Limited Company may review reports at its discretion and may take actions it deems appropriate, including account restrictions or termination. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
8. Organizer Responsibilities
Users who create or host gatherings are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about the gathering, communicating any relevant requirements or risks to participants, and making reasonable efforts to promote a respectful and orderly environment. SharEat does not monitor or enforce organizer performance.
9. Enforcement and Account Restrictions
SharEat reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Gathering Guidelines or pose safety, legal, or reputational risks. Such actions may be taken without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharEat and Snapeats Limited Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from gatherings. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snapeats Limited Company from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from their conduct or participation in gatherings.

SharEat is a technology platform only. Participation in any gathering is at the user’s own risk. Use of SharEat constitutes acceptance of these Gathering Guidelines.
