1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
SharEat App strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity related to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:
- Any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
- Sexually suggestive images, videos, or text involving children
- Solicitation, exploitation, or any form of abuse of minors
- Creating, sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any violation of these standards will result in immediate and strict enforcement actions by the SharEat Team.
2. User Reporting and In-App Reporting Mechanism
SharEat App provides a built-in in-app reporting mechanism. Users can clearly and easily find the reporting function next to posts or content within the app to report any content or behavior that raises child safety concerns.
All reports are reviewed by the SharEat Team, and appropriate actions will be taken promptly within a reasonable timeframe.
3. CSAM Handling Procedure
If suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is identified or reported, the SharEat Team will:
- Immediately remove the related content
- Suspend or terminate the offending user account
- Report the incident to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations
4. Legal Compliance
The SharEat Team complies with all applicable child protection, online safety, and related laws and regulations, and continuously improves platform safety measures to protect children.
