Snapeats App strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity related to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to:

• Any sexual content involving minors
• Grooming or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
• Sexually suggestive images, videos, or text involving children
• Solicitation, exploitation, or any form of abuse of minors
• Creating, sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any violation of these standards will result in immediate and strict enforcement actions by the Snapeats Team.

2. User Reporting and In-App Reporting Mechanism

Snapeats App provides a built-in in-app reporting mechanism. Users can clearly and easily find the reporting function next to posts or content within the app to report any content or behavior that raises child safety concerns.

All reports are reviewed by the Snapeats Team, and appropriate actions will be taken promptly within a reasonable timeframe.

3. CSAM Handling Procedure

If suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is identified or reported, the Snapeats Team will:

• Immediately remove the related content
• Suspend or terminate the offending user account
• Report the incident to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations
